POLICY OF APPLYING A STUDENT VISA

MEDICAL AND SCREENING INFORMATION
Starting from February 2013, all foreign student are compulsary to do medical screening within 7 days arrival in Malaysia. For that purpose, please find the form below;
1-Letter of Undertaking @ EMGS
2- Foreign Student Consent Form @ EMGS
3- Health Examination Report Form @ EMGS
If the result of medical screening is fail, student can appeal for one time only by filling the form below besides the above form.
1- Appeal Letter For Medical Screening.
There are several package of insurance policy provide for international student. However, UNISEL only apply for silver policy for student because downgrade of policy is not allow.
